Terms beta v1
Beta Terms
These terms govern use of the invitation-only MeetZen beta.
Effective September 6, 2026Closed beta
MeetZen is an early, invitation-only service. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while we test reliability and product fit. An invitation is personal and may not be transferred.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use only an account you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Permission to record
You must comply with applicable recording, privacy, employment, and communications laws. Before recording, you are responsible for giving notice and obtaining every consent or authorization required for the participants and context.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give MeetZen a limited right to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
Acceptable use
Do not use MeetZen unlawfully; violate another person’s rights; upload malicious content; probe, disrupt, or bypass security; exceed stated limits; or use the service to build biometric surveillance or make high-impact decisions about a person without lawful authority and appropriate review.
Beta service and AI output
Transcripts, summaries, speaker labels, tasks, and AI-generated results may be incomplete or wrong. Review important output before relying on it. The beta is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and deletion
You may delete your account in Settings. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, respond to abuse, or operate the beta. After external beta use begins, service rollbacks do not move user data into the incompatible legacy product.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, MeetZen is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the beta. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We version these terms and record the version accepted during onboarding. If a material update requires new acceptance, MeetZen will present it before continued product use.
